3. Pay-off stand
Composed of a stand, a guide wheel and adopted advanced single pole with dancer arm. It is capable of loading 2-3 coil with maximum diameter 2000mm and weighted approximately 4000kg continuously being fed to the drawing machine. The pay-off stand is about 5 meters high and the coil end can easily be identified and led to be processed, thus the rod would not be tangled.
4. Pointing & Threading Device
Composed of a stand, a guide wheel and adopted advanced single pole with dancer arm. It is capable of loading 2-3 aluminum coil with maximum diameter 2000mm and weighted approximately 2000kg continuously being fed to the drawing machine. The pay-off stand is about 4.5 meters high and the coil end can easily be identified and led to be processed, thus the rod would not be tangled.

5. Drawing machine proper
Tanks are made of HT200 cast iron as a whole thus the vibration can be reduced. Drawing box has double covers for tight seal, which are made of stainless steel while the outer cover has six parts, and the inner cover has four parts, possible to open or close manually.
The main drawing machine is driven by DC motor with 280KW through gear box to 12 Nos. of drawing capstans. Ratio of transmission for the main drawing machine is adjustable. With the use of high-strength hardened cylindrical bevel gears, the transmission is smooth. The high-speed drawing capstans are made of alloy steel with chromed surface heat treatment at hardness HV≥85, brought about a long working life. Bearings used in this machine are durable and best in quality. Die holders are made of iron and the final die is rotatable so as to ensure a round profile of the finished wires. Compact wheels are located in adjacent between capstans, totaled 11 pieces.
The distance between gear box and water tank is at 100mm, where equipped with a trough to keep the gear box from leakage. Lubrication oil is sparyed onto bearings from lateral to extend working life of bearings.
6. Double spooler
φ500/φ630 twin spooler is mainly used to draw alloy aluminium wire of 1.9mm~4.5mm continuously with automatic bobbin change to get a continuous production.
